Join our team at USC! Our team is responsible for working together to ensure our customers get their deliveries on time and with a smile. ‍

Responsibilities:

• Being available at least 6+ hour per week to accept orders and do pick-ups and drop offs.
• You will be driving to a student’s address and picking up their laundry and dropping it off at our facility next to USC’S campus. The next day you will get a notification when their laundry ready and must promptly pick up and deliver it back to the customer.
• Communicate with customers as to the status of their order.

Requirements:

• Comfort communicating with customers
• Comfort driving
• Valid drivers license
• 18+
• Currently Enrolled or Alumni of USC
• Fluent english

Good skills to have:

• Professional communication
• Good time management

What you’ll gain:

• 25% commission on all orders + tips. Each order minimum is $20.
  • e.g. If you accept 5 orders from a dorm building and pick them all up at once, that’s a minimum of $25 in commission, + tips, all for a minimal amount of extra work.
